boleh di siapkan dengan cepat menggunakan excell....

* key in nama pelajar
* key in markah pelajar
* bersebelahan column markah, masukkan column gred bg setiap subjek..
* taipkan gred ( cth: A-90, B-60, C-50, D-40, E-0)
* Define gred, ( highlight column A-90, B-60, C-50, D-40, E-0), klik formulas
klik define name (GRED).
* klik kotak untuk gred pertama,klik insert funtion, select funtion (All), klik Vlookup klik lookup value(klik markah pertama), table array(GRED, col index no (2)
range lookup(TRUE)
* selepas itu, gred pertama akan terpapar,,,
* untuk mncari gred berikutnya...juz drag daripada gred pertama td..
* untuk mencari bilangan pelajar yang mendapat A, B, C, D, dan E..
( klik insert funtion (pilih countif,range ( drag markah bagi subjek yang ingin di cari, criteria(A)..
* untuk graf,,highlight table, klik insert graf...
mudah sj,,cuma perlu explore skit la :)
